Well first off your bra size will be a combination of your cup size (A, B C, D etc) and your band size (32, 34, 36, 38 etc). You will need a tape measure.
Measure around your rib cage right under your bust. If the measurement is:
27"-29" it suggests a band size of 32
29"-32" suggests band size 34
33"-34" suggests band size 36
35"-39" suggests band size 38
Now measure around the fullest point of the breast while wearing a (non-padded) bra. Subtract the band size (the number you just calculated above) from the cup measurement.
A difference of 1" indicates an A cup
2" indicates an B cup
3" indicates an C cup
4" indicates an D cup
5" indicates an E cup
Simple! Right?
